For the best results, we recommend doing Reformer Pilates 2 to 3 times per week. This frequency allows your body to build strength, improve flexibility, and recover effectively between sessions. However, the ideal number of sessions can vary based on your fitness goals, experience level, and schedule. Our instructors can help you create a personalised plan to suit your needs.

At Diverse Reformer, we offer flexible pricing options for our classes that suit your needs:

  • Single class: £20 per class
  • Block of 4 classes: £17.50 per class (£70 total)
  • Block of 8 classes: £16 per class (£128 total)

We also offer a special Introductory Package of 4 Reformer sessions for just £60 – perfect for beginners!
