Hi, I’m Daniel! My passion for fitness started when I was first introduced to Rugby League at 11 years old. I have played at some of the highest levels in my youth, and currently play for Preston and South Ribble Rabbitohs. I have not always been the fittest or healthiest, after a period of not training and living an unhealthy life for a few years, I can empathise with how hard it can be to embark on your fitness journey.
One thing I can guarantee is I will always be there to give motivation & assist you with anything fitness-related, so you achieve your goals.

I believe everyone has the right to good health and be happy with themselves inside and out. I am passionate about helping people to become the best version of themselves. Having been through my own weight loss and muscle building journey, I know how hard it can feel at first, but I will be with you every step of the way. After starting my own health and fitness journey I decided to become a personal trainer and set up Encourage Fitness so that I could help others to achieve their own personal goals. Personal training isn’t a job it’s a passion and helping people achieve their goals is what drives me.

I will inspire and motivate you to become a healthier, confident, and fitter version of yourself!
My passion for sports and fitness as a whole began at 5 years old when I joined my first football team. I have played various sports winning multiple team and personal accolades at county and city level during my time at high school. I have also played football and represented my local town team whilst also playing at academy level. Whilst I may be new to the fitness industry, I will always strive to assist my clients to deliver a service for them with a standard as high as possible. Furthermore, I can also relate to people who are stuck in a cycle of unhealthy eating with a lack of exercise. During lockdown I ate a much larger quantity of unhealthy food and didn’t exercise. Following this I decided to make a change. With my professional advice and assistance, I can help you do the same!

JOE HEYES
SPORTS THERAPIST & PERSONAL TRAINER
My journey began at a young age, competing in a variety of different sports throughout school. However, I really developed a passion for basketball when I was around 14 years old. I then went on to compete at national, international, and professional levels.
My goal is to help our members develop their personal fitness, improve their recovery, maximise performance and most of all enjoy being in the gym!
