Oliver
PERSONAL TRAINER
Oliver is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with a strong sporting background and a passion for helping people achieve their full potential.
He has competed at Olympic Trials across three different sports, demonstrating not only elite-level athletic ability but also exceptional discipline, resilience, and commitment. In July 2025, Oliver successfully completed the Royal Marines Officer Selection Course, further reflecting his high standards, mental toughness, and leadership qualities.
With experience across 15+ sports, Oliver brings a deep understanding of movement, performance, and training adaptation. He currently competes in tennis and rugby, allowing him to apply real-world athletic experience to his coaching approach.
Oliver’s training style is supportive, motivating, and goal-driven. He is passionate about helping clients build confidence, improve performance, and develop long-term healthy habits. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, fitness, or overall wellbeing, Oliver is committed to guiding you every step of the way and pushing you to be your best.

PERSONAL TRAINER
Training and coaching have been a huge part of my life for many years, and I’m currently a competitive powerlifter. My passion for training goes beyond the gym, it’s about helping people become stronger, more confident, and more capable in everyday life.
I’m genuinely excited to help clients build strength, improve performance, and transform their confidence, both physically and mentally. Having gone through my own journey, from focusing on body image and composition to finding real enjoyment in structured training and goal-setting, I understand how important the right support and accountability are.
My coaching approach is supportive, motivating, and results-focused. I work closely with clients to create realistic, sustainable plans that fit their lifestyle, while pushing them to achieve more than they thought possible.

Charlotte has a lifelong passion for sport, movement, and living a healthy, active lifestyle. With years of experience staying active and health-conscious, she brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to her coaching.
She had the incredible opportunity to study for her degree while playing football in the United States on a sports scholarship, an experience that challenged her both physically and mentally, and helped shape her strong values around discipline, determination, and commitment.
Through this journey, Charlotte discovered a true passion for weight training and learning how to fuel the body with purpose to support performance, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
Most importantly, Charlotte genuinely loves helping and educating others. Her coaching style is supportive, encouraging, and tailored to each individual, focusing on building confidence as well as physical results.
